This Privacy Policy explains how All In One Training collects, uses, and protects information shared through this website, by phone, by email, or through training communications.
Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to share when you contact All In One Training, ask about a program, request training, or communicate with the team. This may include your name, athlete name, parent or guardian contact details, phone number, email address, sport, training goals, scheduling preferences, and any message you send.
Website contact requests may be stored in the NuCulture platform form inbox and routed to Trainingallin1@gmail.com. The site may use analytics and Meta Pixel measurement when configured and consented to. Contact form field contents, names, emails, phone numbers, athlete ages, sport details, and message contents are not sent to Meta. Website hosting and security systems may also process standard technical information needed to operate the site.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss programs, schedule training, manage client communication, maintain business records, and improve the website and training experience.
We do not sell personal information.
Youth Athletes and Parent or Guardian Contact
All In One Training may receive information about youth athletes when a parent, guardian, or athlete contacts the business. The website is not intended for children under 13 to submit personal information directly. A parent or guardian should submit requests for youth athletes.
Service Providers and Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help operate the business, such as website hosting, form submission handling, email delivery, scheduling, payment processing, analytics, advertising measurement, and professional advisors. We share only what is needed for those providers to perform their work.
We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or to respond to a lawful request.
Training and Health Information
Training conversations may include fitness goals, athletic history, injuries, physical limitations, or accommodation needs you voluntarily provide. Do not send sensitive health information through the website unless AIO specifically asks for it through an approved intake process.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information we maintain. No website, email system, or electronic storage method is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may ask AIO to update, correct, or delete contact information kept for business communication purposes. You may also ask to stop receiving non-essential messages.
